Born to George W. and Kathryn J. Thomas Haycock on September 30, 1946 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a graduate of Olympus High School and Weber State College. Employed as an Administrator in Long Term Health Care facilities.
Active member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survived by sons, Ross (Kaira), Bret, Ryan and James; daughter, Nishell Pickerd; grandchildren, Alexis, Caely, Mahina, and Mason; sisters, Kaye (Jerry); Judie (Stan); Kaaren (Al); Jorgelyn (Perry). Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patricia; and brother, Ross.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, 12 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call that same day from 11-11:45 a.m.
